Quality control is enforced at every stage of Production from pre-loom to post-loom activities (ie) raw material purchase (Silk & Zari), dyeing, weaving and even after sales. We have a quality control department to check the products at each level of weaving process.

The Purity of silver virtually determines the quality ratio of silver to copper. The ratio starts for 90:10 and vice versa depending upon the market requirements. Fine Silver wire threads are electo-plated with gold to give the precious lusture. The thickness of gold plating over threads also adds to the content of zari. The society use the pure Zari having the silver content of 55-57% and the gold content of 0.6% in a mare of 242 grams.
