Rama Blue Colour Tradition Silk Cotton Saree
- Please note that there will be a 10% variance in the color of the sarees because of screen resolutions.
- Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor setting.
Products can be returned only in the following two circumstances:
- You received a product that is defective or damaged.
- You received a product different from the one you ordered because of a mix-up online.
In both the situations, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:
- Products should not have been worn and/or used.
- Every product must be returned with tag, invoice and packing material intact.
- All claims for returns will have to clear an assessment made by the quality control manager.
- Return request will have to reach us within 2 days of the receipt of the product. Cost of shipping of returned products will have to be borne by the customer.
- No Cancellation will be processed once order is made...
For all orders within India shipping is free. For all international shipping standard charges of INR 3400/- is applicable per Kilogram. We process orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Products are delivered within 4-7 working days within India. Delivery to locations outside India will take 7-12 days. However international shipping estimates might differ based on our international courier partners’ presence in the country and might take longer than the estimated time. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies FedEx, DTDC, Professional, Blue dart, DHL and Gurudavega.
- Wash, dry & iron your pure silks the right way.
- For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silks.
- If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
- Squeeze lightly with hand to remove water after washing.
- Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hangers.
- Use low / medium heat while ironing.
- Always iron silk on the reverse side.
- Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on fabric.
- Do not wash stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.
